Questions about washer repair
My washer won’t drain. Is it the pump?
It might be, and it might not. Tech Parker does not diagnose over the phone. The technician checks it at the machine, and the diagnostic charge is free unless you decline the repair.
Do you work on front-load and top-load washers?
Yes. The job photos on this page include both: a front-loader with its front panel off, and top-loaders with the agitator out and the console open.
Can you come at the weekend?
Yes. Weekend repair visits arrive between 12 PM and 5 PM, and weekday repair visits between 12 PM and 8 PM.
