Sealed systemsTech Parker does not repair sealed systems at this time. That is the refrigerant side of a refrigerator or freezer: the compressor and the refrigerant lines.

My refrigerator stopped cooling. Can you tell me why over the phone?

No. Tech Parker does not diagnose over the phone. The technician finds the cause at the refrigerator, and the diagnostic charge is free unless you decline the repair.

Do you repair sealed systems?

Not at this time. Sealed-system work (the compressor and the refrigerant lines) is outside what Tech Parker takes on. Tell us the symptoms and the team will say whether it is a job they can take.

Which refrigerator brands do you work on?

All major brands. Samsung, LG, Whirlpool and GE are named on the company profile, and a GE refrigerator is among the reviewed jobs.
